Come and Sing: Stile Antico + Byrd
Stile Antico will lead and coach participants through a feast of Byrd’s music, chosen to mark 400 years since the composer’s death. The day will culminate with a grand service of evensong at 5pm, at which we will perform all the music that we have worked on during the afternoon.

About the event
We’re delighted to announce that our Oxford Residency will conclude with a Come and Sing day on Sat 11 March, celebrating the wonderful music of William Byrd.
We will gather at the University Church, Oxford, at 1.30pm, where members of Stile Antico will lead and coach participants through a feast of Byrd’s music, chosen to mark 400 years since the composer’s death. The day will culminate with a grand service of evensong at 5pm, at which we will perform all the music that we have worked on during the afternoon. Then join us for a drink afterwards (voluntary contributions invited) to celebrate the occasion!
We regret that soprano places are now sold out! A few tickets remain for altos, tenors and basses.
